We have a tremendous amount of experience in the field and are market leaders in Wholesale supply of medium end and high end Gemstones.

We source our rough direct from the Gemstone Mines in East Africa.

All our gemstones are genuine and natural - Untreated, Unheated, unless otherwise stated.

We pay miners fair prices for their material so that they can sustain themselves from their work. We do not believe in squeezing the miner on prices then profiting.

We always believe that it is a 2 way thing and both miner and buyer should benefit from the trade due to this, there is a lot of respect between miners and us.

We also assist miners in selling their products and broker their material for them as well.

We cater to specific wholesale demands as well as retail sales.

We love to work with buyers, wholesalers, brokers, retailers, jewellers, manufacturers, collectors etc and build trusting relationships.

Shipping

 Shipping of goods purchased from this website is usually by Royal Mail, Parcel Force and their associates and a tracking number will be provided upon shipping.

Shipping is usually within 48hrs within receipt of cleared funds.

On personalized Wholesale or Bulk orders and when backordering and when orders are placed then shipping times will be agreed upon on placement of orders. We would generally consolidate the entire order and send out as one package however should the buyer require the order to come out in several packages, extra shipping charges will apply.

Return Policy

On retail sales only, Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

For International Clients outside the European Union, we can only accept returns if the item was not as described and only within 7 days after the date the item is delivered. For Clients outside the European Union we charge a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. When shipping outside the UK the client is responsible for all duties, levies, taxes etc. that may occur.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 7 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Shipping is non-refundable and shipping on all returns is the responsibility of the client.

No returns on items that have been modified, damaged, altered, scratched, or tampered with in any way.

For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on Earrings.

We also cannot accept returns on personalized items and if goods have been ordered for you from East Africa.

Please ask all questions before an item is shipped to you and on wholesale before it is ordered.
